Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Anther Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), a UK-based floral design business specialising in dried flower installations and styling for commercial spaces and creative brands. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Consultations & Bookings

  • Consultations are offered to understand your needs and determine the scope of work.

  • A written proposal will follow with a breakdown of the design concept, pricing, and timeframes.

  • Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are:

  • 50% deposit required to confirm your booking and begin the design process.

  • Remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled installation or delivery date.

  • Payments can be made via BACS (bank transfer) or secure online card payment.

  • No design or material sourcing work will commence until the deposit has cleared.

  • For larger or long-term projects, we may agree to milestone-based payments on a case-by-case basis.

3. Late Payments

  • If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to pause work or delay installation until payment is made.

  • We may charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month, in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the agreed install date may forfeit only the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of install may be liable for up to 100% of the project cost, depending on how much work has been completed.

  • In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Design Ownership & Use

  • All creative concepts, designs, sketches, and visuals remain the intellectual property of Anther Studio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Photographs of your final installation may be used in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before installation.

6. Materials & Substitutions

  • We use high-quality dried and preserved botanicals. Due to the natural and seasonal nature of our materials, substitutions may occasionally be made if certain flowers are unavailable. These will always reflect the intended colour palette and aesthetic.

  • Colour, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from visuals shown in mock-ups or proposals.

7. Access & Installation

  • Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the site for installation.

  • If scaffolding, ladders, or additional safety measures are required, this must be disclosed during the consultation and may incur additional costs.

  • Delays caused by site inaccessibility or safety issues may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

8. Care & Maintenance

  • After installation, care instructions will be provided where applicable.

  • Dried flowers are delicate and best kept away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and strong airflow. We are not liable for damage due to improper handling or storage after installation.

9. Liability

  • We carry public liability insurance and will take all reasonable care during the design and installation process.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties, poor site conditions, or failure to follow post-installation care instructions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
