If you’ve been to Antler Sheffield, you’ll understand what I mean when I say this place breathes the life and soul of Persia. With a sophisticated yet importantly homely feel, you feel like a guest in their home. With the utmost attention to detail, and so much love shared in the preparation of the food, I wanted to convey this in the florals I chose.

Elegant ferns and delicate grasses are interwoven with dried oregano flowers and fennel seed heads. Reflecting those precious seasonings used in Mediterranean and Persian cuisine. Using dried hibiscus seed pods as the statement element gives the installation an exotic feel, reminiscent of the raw ingredients found in a local market treasure trove.
